What is a negative ion generator?

Negative ion generator working principle

The negative ion generator circuit is shown in the figure. 220V mains voltage by VD1.VD2 and R1.R2 rectifier. Component selection and production

The circuit as long as the components are good, welded without error, and debugging can work normally.
