What is the working principle of a fresh air system?

Fresh air system is a new type of indoor ventilation and exhaust equipment, which belongs to the open circulation system so that people can breathe fresh, clean, high-quality air even indoors. It mainly consists of fans, air inlets, exhaust ports, and various pipes and connectors, and can rely on mechanical force to send air to the room from one side, and then discharged from the other side to the outdoors by special equipment. So, what is the working principle of the new air system?

What is the working principle of a fresh air system?

A fresh air system is an open circulation system consisting of a fan, an air inlet, an exhaust outlet, and various ducts and connectors. The fan is connected to a series of exhaust ports through the piping, and the fan is activated to allow negative pressure to be formed indoors, with the polluted indoor air being discharged outdoors through the exhaust ports and the fan, and the fresh outdoor air entering the room through the air inlet.

When the new air system works, the DC high-speed brushless motor will drive the centrifugal fan rotation, and the indoor side will begin to send air, while the other side of the exhaust fan, will exclude the air to the outdoors, which will be harmful to the indoor chemical odors, pollutants, moisture, odors, viruses, bacteria, etc—exhausted to the outdoors, to form a new indoor air flow field. Fresh air system in the air supply at the same time, high-performance air quality exchanger will enter the indoor air for fresh air filtration, poison, sterilization, oxygen, and preheating, to ensure that the air into the room is clean, to achieve the purpose of indoor air purification of the environment.

The purpose of each component of the new air system

1. Indoor host

When the host is in operation, fresh outdoor air is introduced from the window inlet, and under the action of the pressure field formed by the host, it goes to the indoor activity area to meet the needs of the personnel's activities, and then the dirty air goes outside through the exhaust port and the exhaust duct.

2. Wall air inlet

Opening holes in the wall to introduce fresh outdoor air, and indoor air through the wall air inlet will filter out dust, odors, pollen particles, etc., to ensure that the air entering the room is fresh and pure.

3. Indoor air vent

The air vent can be set in the exhaust duct or bathroom wall, the user excludes indoor dirty air and odor.

4. Control switch

Start or shut down the system.

5. Exhaust duct

Carries the dirty indoor air to the outdoors.
